This February we have recruited a team to run a Holiday Club on the Thursday of midterm week. We'll run for a slightly shorter time that our typical day events which is 10am to 2pm meaning can still offer a packed programme of games, songs, crafts, and other activities and everyone still needs to bring their own packed lunch although we'll deal with snacks.
We're still in our knights and castles decor and we'll move on from our summer focus of King David to meet up with the second king in our title: King Jesus, the King of Kings. We'll also enjoy games and activities reflecting next month's Winter Olympics.
All adult team members (aged 16+) are accredited volunteers including PVG checks with the Church of Scotland or with SU Scotland - Gordon's employer - who are sending over one of their other staff to help.
